  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped toasted pecans
  • 2 tablespoons creamy poppy seed dressing

directions

  • Toss ingredients with dressing in a large bowl.
  • HOW TO TOAST NUTS: Spread nuts in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. stirring occasionally.

  1. This is a great combination and easy to put together. I used a light creamy poppy seed dressing. I thought it needed some onions to balance the sweetness of the apples and dressing. I think I may also use a viniagrette dressing next time. Thanx for an easy and yummy salad!

Her sweets are fantastics, especially her pound cakes, Yummm <br> <br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
