  1. Sift together dry ingredients.
  2. Add wet mixture until batter is lumpy.
  3. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 for 20 to 30 min until set.
  4. Let cool.

This is really a super easy recipe and the result great!
I used diced apples from the garden, used about 1 spoon of liquid sugar substitute, arabic cinnmon and only egg whites. My family didn't noticed that I did't use "real" sugar and not egg yolk!
The top didn't rusult as crumble (aka streusel) but I don't mind because the taste was delicious.

Delightful little morsels! I did not add nuts; because then the kids can't bring them to the nut free school environment. Instead I splurged and used real sugar (which I think might actually be included in the nutritional value). Made for OMA Challenge / ZWT6 / Unrulies under the Influence

These are totally delicous! Made using Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Mix #1. Also switched the walnuts for hazelnuts when I realized at the last minute the walnuts had been eatten. Thankfully the end result was still great. I will certainly make these again. Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT6 Seasoned Sailor and his Sassy Sirens.
