This easy and delicious snack dip gets its inspiration from the classic apples and peanut butter. Use as a dip for apple slices, graham crackers, or as a spread for toast.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter or 1 cup almond butter
  • 12 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 13 cup water


  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor for 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Alternatively, whisk together in sauce pan over low heat until very smooth and creamy.
  3. May substitute pure maple syrup for agave nectar and maple extract.
