  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, b. powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour mixture and buttermilk gradually. Stir in other ingredients.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
