- 473.18 ml sugar
- 473.18 ml flour
- 2.46 ml salt
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml baking soda
- 14.78 ml cinnamon
- 14.79 ml vanilla
- 236.59 ml plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 3-4 Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped small in a food processor
- 236.59 ml crushed walnuts (optional)
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Add chopped apples, yogurt and vanilla and mix until moist.
- Pour in 9x13 greased baking dish.
- Bake 50 minutes.
