Sipping on my drink as I type this. I used 2 cups of grapes and my beet was probably medium size. I also used 1 large Honey Crisp Apple (my new favorite apple). As I came on here to type this review, I realized I forgot the pineapple (oops!). But honestly, it tastes GREAT without it. I'm surprised by the ginger taste. I didn't use much as I'm not a big fan of ginger, but I can still taste it (in a good way). Thanks for a nice juice combo to add to my juice fast.

This is really good. I used black seedless grapes and they really added a nice flavor to this, but being diabetic, using grapes is a once in awhile thing because they are so high in sugar. But I will make this again without them. Loved the ginger kick! Thanks for another addition to my juicer repertoire!

GOOD STUFF!!! Loved the ginger zing! We are avid juicers in my house but seldom stray from our own daily blend of greens and veggies (we do a lot of cabbage or kale based and the beet and carrot are typically our sweeteners:) )...doing this recipe was a treat and I was so happy that I tried it - the pineapple and grapes added a special sweetness that made this seem almost decadent and the color was more BEET- utiful vibrant than my juice usually is- it was a lovely jewel like color...Love that ginger...really kick @$$$ stuff :) -THANKS :)

July 2008 update: VERY happy to be back on Zaar after about a two year absence due to having had no internet connection at home, and having been too unwell for a time so that getting re-connected wasn't even a priority!

<br>And really looking forward to getting back into the Zaar world and connecting again with the many wonderful people I knew before, and new people, of course!
