This fun and healthy shake is great for kids and pregnant moms-to-be.

- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches) or 1 cup frozen strawberries (can use other fruits such as peaches)
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1⁄2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
- Measure ingredients and combine in blender or food processor. Blend until ice is finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Pour into 4 cups and serve with straws.
- Makes 4 servings.
