Ants on a Tree Stump

"My young son invented this when he was in kindergarten. He loves Ants on a Log, but we were out of celery. A reasonably dexterous 5yo can make his/her own snack with a little supervision. This serves one young child."

• 4 round crackers (we prefer whole wheat)
• 2 tablespoons peanut butter
• 16 raisins

directions

1. Spread crackers with peanut butter.
2. Arrange raisin "ants" on top of the peanut butter.

This was fun. My DD (almost 3) and I made these as a snack. I'll have to do again and get a photo. She helped spread the PB and she put on the raisins and dried cranberries. So we had red and black ants on our stumps.
