• Yields: 1 Cheese Ball

ingredients

• 85.04-141.74 g blue cheese or 85.04-141.74 g Roquefort cheese
• 226.79 g cream cheese, room temperature
• 1.23 ml garlic salt
• 59.14 ml green pepper, chopped or
• 2-3 jalapenos, fresh,minced
• 56.69 g jar pimientos, drained
• 118.29 ml pecans or 118.29 ml walnuts, chopped

directions

1. Blend cheeses.
2. Stir in garlic salt, green pepper and pimientos.
3. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill until firm.
4. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts.
5. Chill again until serving time.
