- 473.18 ml oatmeal (porridge oats)
- 236.59 ml flour, all purpose
- 118.29 ml powdered milk, skimmed
- 295.73 ml peanut butter
- 118.29 ml butter (optional)
- 118.29 ml applesauce
- 59.14 ml banana, mashed (or the equivalent of one normal-sized banana)
- 78.78 ml blackstrap molasses
- 59.14 ml brown sugar
- 1.23 ml salt
directions
- Preheat oven to 200c.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Stir in wet ingredients.
- Mixture should be quite stiff (if too liquidy, add flour).
- Spoon out a tbsp sized dollop, and roll into a ball.
- Bake for 11 minutes, or until golden brown.
