  1. Added garlic powder as other reviewers did. The skin was a beautiful colour and very crispy just the way we like it. The chicken was very moist and the butter added a sweetness to it. A very rich recipe that will be made again. Thanks!

  2. My husband loves fried chicken & he couldn't stop raving about your recipe! We also added garlic powder to the dry ingredients & decided to bake skin side up. So simple & tender. I couldn't believe how crispy the skin turned out with no basting. Winner? Definitely in our home & I know your recipe will be a frequent request. Thank you for posting.

  3. Was quite disappointed. Using fewer ingredients and less time, you could make this chicken (http://www.recipezaar.com/Baked-Chicken-74279) which is so much tastier.

I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls ages 16,14, and 12...My 16 year old has acted like she was 30 since she was 2, and strongwilled as well...so life is never dull around here. I love surfing the web and taking care of my children. If I had a month off I would take my kids to as many vacation spots as I could and enjoy our time together. Since my children are younger, I could use kid friendly recipes and delicious casserole dishes that I can make for me when I have to cater to their favorite foods. Recipezaar has inspired me to be interested in cooking and sharing recipes! Thanks My Pet Peeves~Don't Touch My Hair Or Feet!
