Amazing Asian Spicy Peanut Dressing and Marinade

"This is the best recipe I've ever invented. Since I don't know you personally and am not embarrassed to brag, I will tell you every single person who has ever had this has raved and begged for me to make this again and again!! I hate when we run out! You can use this as salad dressing, marinade for chicken, dipping sauce, or stir into packaged cole slaw for an amazing side!"

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil (optional)
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 -2 tablespoon water (to thin)
• 1⁄4 cup vinegar
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons gingerroot (you can use dried ginger but won't be as good)
• 3 seeded dried chilies

directions

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in food processor or blender. Stores in refrigerator for a month or longer but it won't last that long!
