Alton’s the Original North Cove Salad

"This salad is a copycat of one I enjoyed at Alton's Restaurant in Cornelius, NC."

• Ingredients: 8
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 head lettuce, chopped
• 2 chicken breasts, roasted and sliced
• 1 tomatoes, diced
• 1 cup crouton
• 1 cup candied pecans
• 1⁄2 cup craisins
• 2⁄3 cup goat cheese, crumbles
• olive (optional)

directions

1. Toss all together.
2. Serve with dressing of your choice. I used homemade Ranch.
