Raw almond milk with sweet tones of vanilla and honey

  1. Soak almonds overnight, at least 8 hours. Soak dates 10 to 30 minutes to soften, then remove pitts.
  2. Place almonds and water in blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.
  4. Put the milk back into the blender carafe and add vanilla extract, dates, and honey. Blend until smooth.
  5. The milk will last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.
