"This spice blend has all the flavors of traditional Cajun seasoning, but with less salt than commercial brands."

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup garlic powder
• 1⁄4 cup onion powder
• 2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons celery seeds
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1. Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
