While searching for a recipe for Mocha Valencia, I found this one on Melantha's Incandesant Blog(archives). I haven't tried it yet, but will post a review.
- 2 fluid ounces espresso
- 1 fluid ounce smirnoff orange twist vodka
- 1 fluid ounce chocolate syrup
- vanilla ice cream
- Pour vodka, syrup and 2 scoops ice cream into a large mug.
- Brew esspresso normally and add to mug.
- Stir until well blended.
- Microwave to warm if necessary.
