Simple and tasty. The pistachio adds a colorful topping as well. For my taste, I would make the cookies a little bit smaller (especially, less thick) next time. They are very crumbly, so they almost need to be small enough to pop into your mouth all at once.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the white flour with the sugar, and crushed cardamon. Next, add the oil and mix well.
  3. Make the dough into two inch round balls and put them on a cookie sheet and bake for 15min, or until lightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle finely ground pistachios on top of the cookies while they are still hot.
  5. Let cool before eating.
  6. Enjoy.
