- 907.18 g apples, peeled, cored, cubed
- 59.14 ml water
- 29.58 ml white wine
- 14.79 ml sugar
directions
- In a large saucepan, cook apples with water for about 15 minutes or until just tender, stirring occasionally, then stir in the wine.
- Remove from heat & mash until lumpy but not yet smooth.
- Add sugar, to taste, then chill before serving.
