      The only thing it's missing is a shot of vodka and creme. This is a low alcohol containing drink that will dry you out like no other because of the sugar content. I suggest drinking it on the rocks slowly and doubling or tripling the recipe in a small glass. If you're buying the baileys, you might as well get some butterscotch schnapps and shoot "buttery nipples" while drinking the Kahlua/Baileys mixture.

      My layers didn't come out really photogenic so I drank the evidence and tried again.. for some reason the layers got more shaky as I kept trying and I was forced to give up and take a nap for a little while. Great recipe and especially nice after a long day working and in the still of the evening after the kids were in bed and the sun was slowly sinking below the horizon. Please see my rating system: 4 lovely stars for a recipe that I will have to try again (to perfect the layering technique you understand). Thanks!
