A Different Sweet and Sour Marinade

"This recipe is for a marinade so it makes a lot, a little over a quart"

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 quart
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 quart orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup honey
• 1 teaspoon minced ginger

directions

1. Just mix ingredients well and add your choice of meat. Marinate at least 30 mins but overnight increases the taste.
2. Enjoy.
