1 Frosts one cake
ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 cube butter
- heavy cream (start with 1/2 C.)
- hot coffee
directions
- Mix cocoa, sugar and softened butter.
- Add 1/2 C. heavy cream
- Blend in strong, hot coffee until desired consistency is reached.

At first I was concerned that this frosting was to thin, but after spreading and letting it sit - it hardened up perfect as a topping for my brownies. Loved the flavor the coffee gave to the chocolate and it's nice that you can pretty much control that. I made it strong flavored as we love chocolate and coffee. As you can see, our littlest angel agrees that it it ROCKS. Made for P-A-R-T-Y 09 event
