Smoked Salmon Appy. W/ Heat & Sweet

"This is outstanding and so simple. I LOVE it! The combination of the sweet gherkin and hot mustard, tempered with the smoky salmon is incredible! The amounts are arbitrary and there little prep time. Just flake off a piece of salmon, open up a jar of mustard, pickles and a sleeve of crackers."

  • Spread 1/2 teaspoon or more of the mustard on a water cracker.
  • Top with desired amount of smoked salmon.
  • Top with a small gherkin.
