  • Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in large nonstick skillet on med-high heat.
  • Add chicken, cook until browned. Set aside.
  • Add 4 scallions and 1 tbsp ginger to skillet. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  • Add broth and 2 tbsp soy sauce; bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat, simmer covered for 4 minute.
  • Add chicken, return to simmer and cook covered until cooked through.
  • Remove skillet from heat, set aside 10 minute.
  • Transfer chicken to platter (use slotted spoon). Discard pan liquid.
  • Combine remaining 1 tsp sesame oil. scallion, 2 tsp ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce with vinegar, cilantro, and honey in small bowl. Serve with chicken.
