30 Min. Strawberry Rhubarb Marmalade

Strawberry jello red, rhubarb green and the pineapple yellow = a pretty jar of marmalade. A jar of this makes a nice little gift.


  1. Mix rhubarb, pineapple and sugar in a large pan.
  2. Let stand 30 minutes.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer.
  5. Stir and cook for 15 minutes.
  6. Add one small package of strawberry jello.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
  9. Or pour in clean sterilized jars, seal and refrigerate.
  10. Or cool completely.
  11. Pour in 1 quart zip lock bags and freeze.
