ingredients
- 1 green apple, cubed
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 digestive biscuits or 3 graham crackers
directions
- 1. Put the apple into a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Mix in sauce and microwave for another minute.
- 2. Crumble digestives on top and sprinkle cinammon.
- 3. Enjoy. Perhaps with some ice-cream.

Yummy! This is such a wonderful alternative to the regular apple crumble, cause its very quick to make, low in calories and fat and also very tasty! I made this without the crumb topping for I had run out of biscuits and so wanted to have an apple desert, but will definitely try it again with the topping. If you like apple crumble, you wont be disappointed by this one. Of course its not quite the same, but its very good still. I did have to microwave mine a little longer (3 minutes per step), but that may have been due to my microwave. Thanks so much for sharing this keeper with us, eaten.!
