I got this recipe from my Aunt. We would only get this when she came to visit at Christmas. This is very simple and so good!
- 1⁄2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix
- Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. Spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown.
