I got this recipe from my Aunt. We would only get this when she came to visit at Christmas. This is very simple and so good!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (16 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (9 ounce) box corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Stir in both cans of corn and the muffin mix. Spoon into a well creased casserole dish.
  2. Bake 1 hour at 350°F until golden brown.
