  • Put water on to boil for pasta and salt
  • Chop onion and mince garlic.
  • Put pasta in to boil.
  • Heat butter in a medium saute pan until melted.
  • Add garlic and onion and saute on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add capers and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn off Heat mix in olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste
  • Let cool until pasta is done, and add mixture to pasta immediately after straining so flavors absorb into the pasta.
  • Add lemon juice, mix with pasta mixture thoroughly and enjoy!
  • Its great as is, but you can also add in anything you like (e.g. fresh basil, chicken breast, broccoli).
