Sassy Pork Chops

"This recipe came from my grandmother. The directions are for baking in the oven, but I have done these in the crock pot as well as they turn out great. These are really good with mashed potatoes. A great comfort food meal. Easy and delicious!"

  1. Great tasting pork chops, I highly recommend these.

  2. I loved that this was a quick and easy recipe to make. The chops turned out very tender. I served the chops with noodles and the sauce was great for on top of the noodles too. Thanks for posting JillAZ!

  4. These were very tender and moist pork chops with a flavorful gravy. A very easy way to make pork chops. Thanks JillAz. Bullwinkle

  5. These pork chops have a nice flavor! The sauce thickens up a bit if you let them sit for 15 minutes before serving. I only used 2 Tbsp. of the Ketchup & Worcestershire sauce -- this was plenty for our tastes. We had these with mashed potatoes but I think the sauce isn't really a "mashed potatoe" sauce -- this sauce would be better served with rice or egg noodles! Thanks for the recipe!
