- 1 ripe banana
- 4 frozen strawberries
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain fat-free yogurt (any flavor)
- 3 -5 ice cubes
- 1⁄4 cup 1% low-fat milk
directions
- Toss all the ingredients into a blender and mix for about two minutes.
- You can also substitute any of the fruits for anything else you might like!

Nice smoothie. I made it as described though I found that I had to add some splenda because it was much too tart for me as is. This was a thin smoothie, but nice and a pretty pink color from the strawberries. I know that, for work reasons, I will miss lunch today so I paired this with some lovely oatmeal for a nice hearty breakfast. Thanks!
