  1. Outstanding! The flavors blended so well together. I loved the taste of the peppers. Served it with mashed potatoes. A real keeper.

  2. It was not what I expected, I was looking for the pepper steak like chinese take out. However it was good without the veggies, like fajitas.

  3. Very good; I added some soy sauce toward the end of cooking and served over rice. I'd like to try it with fresh vegetables next time. Thanks!

  4. This is a great crockpot recipe. I put it on before I went to work yesterday and came home to a home filled with the most wonderful aroma. I cooked up a little rice to serve it over and Geema's Cheddar Onion Muffins and it was fantastic. The only change I made was to use fresh veggies instead of frozen. Thanks Recipe Fairy.
