  1. OMG...this was soooo good. I made this last night for my fiancee and I...and we loved it. I had this at a fancy restraunt once and wanted to make it at home. I tenderized and soaked my chicken for about 4 or 5 hours and then lightly fried it up in some Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The chicken was super moist and the honey sauce soooo good. Thanks for the AWESOME recipe. I hope someone else gives this one a try. It was super easy to do and i had most ingrediants already on hand. I'll make this one more often.

I love to try new recipes. My husband doesn't like veggies so I am always looking for ways to sneak them in. He is a fisherman and we live at the coast, so we eat a lot of seafood.
