ingredients

• 1 lb ground sirloin
• 2 (16 ounce) bags Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese
• olive oil

directions

1. Heat pan on stove top on Medium to Medium High heat.
2. Cook Ground Sirloin till thoroughly cooked.
3. Remove Ground sirloin from pan and coat bottom with oil.
4. Add potatoes cooking thoroughly till they are nice and crispy.
5. Add Ground Sirloin back to pan and top mixing together.
6. Add Cheese to the top and melt.
7. Serve hot.
