ingredients

• 2 cups carrots
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 cup ice cube

directions

1. cook carrot in water.
2. cool.
3. blend all ingredients until smooth.
