- 1 -2 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1⁄4 cup tomato paste
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
- 1 pinch Accent seasoning

- 1⁄3 cup ketchup
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Hand mix all the ingredients and ensure they are all incorporated.
- Mold into a football shaped loaf and place in a loaf pan. I use a 2-piece meatloaf pan that comes with an insert to drain off the fat while cooking.
- Flatten the top of the meatloaf and cover with the ketchup.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
