  1. Yikes!!! I REFUSE to believe that this is a "regular" recipe made with simple ingredients... there's gotta be something more to it... something that happens to it overnight! I made this with orange juice, and omitted the sunflower seeds since I didn't have any, but it still tasted divine! And I didn't need any honey either. I'd like to try this with wheat germ instead of the seeds. Is that good idea? Gawsh, thanks for posting this one! It's fabulous! :-)

  2. Oh wow, so simple yet so good! I have been eating healthy and this was SUCH a treat, it tasted like dessert, but for breakfast. The sunflower seeds really melded well with the sweet flavor. Oh btw, I don't like OJ so I used cranberry juice. I have been craving this breakfast since the day I made it.... my official Monday morning treat :D

  3. I made this with orange juice and personally, I was not that fond of it. The orange juice was too overwhelming, and not very tasty over all. It might have been better if I had used milk and put it in the fridge overnight. I think I'll stick with granola.

  4. i know this recipe a bit differently: 1 cup of milk or 1 yoghurt 1 small apple (or an other kind of fruit) 2 teaspoons rolled oats 1 teaspoon hacked nuts 1 teaspoon honey or raisins 1 teaspoon lemon juice just put it all together, no soaking, vary the kind of nuts / fruit you use.
