  • Muddle the ginger, simple syrup, lime, mint, and strawberry in the bottom of a shaker.
  • Add ice and vodka.
  • Strain over ice, and top with a splash of seltzer.
  • Garnish with a strawberry or mint sprigs.

  1. Straight away, this is going in the 'SAVE FOREVER' book! Just loved it! I couldn't find my muddler, a spoon worked OK. I did not strain, just poured it into my glass, with the ice and all the goodness that just got shaken into drink submission! I kinda like a 'chewy' drink...LOL. I didn't add seltzer, as I didn't think it was needed. I may add another strawberry or two, but this is a true winner! Thanks so much for sharing, AlainaF!
