ingredients

• 3 egg whites
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon almond flavoring
• 2 drops green food coloring
• 3⁄4 cup pistachios, chopped

directions

1. beat egg whites until fluffy.
2. add salt.
3. add sugar gradually continue beating.
4. add coloring and flavoring fold in nuts.
5. line 2 cookie sheets.
6. with foil.
7. drop by teaspoon full.
8. bake 35 minutes or until golden at 350 degrees.
