  • 2 lbs chuck roast
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 11 14 fluid ounces dark beer (Guinness)
  • 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix (Lipton)
  • 2 teaspoons salt

directions

  • Fry the garlic and the meat with the oil until brown in a medium pot.
  • Mix beer, soup mix and salt in a blender.
  • Pour it on top of the meat and let it simmer for about 2 hours, turn the meat every 1/2 hour.
