- 1 cup vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup catsup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 lbs beef ribs
directions
- Combine vinegar, honey Worcestershire, catsup, salt, mustard, paprika, pepper and garlic in saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 16 minutes. Place ribs in single layer in baking pan. Cover with hot marinade and let stand for 1 hour. Drain off marinade and save it. Bake ribs for 1 hour at 325 degrees turning and baste often with the saved sauce. Makes 6 servings.

This was very good! We liked the tangy taste and how easy it was to put together. The only changes to your recipe I made was by adding a heaping teaspoon of Sambal Oelek for more heat as well as up the Cayenne to 1/2 teaspoon. All the rest we followed your recipe and it truly turned out "finger-licking good!" Thank you for sharing this!
