Mincemeat Cookies

ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3 cups unsifted flour
• 9 ounces mincemeat
• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

directions

1. Preheat oven 375.
2. Combine all dry ingredients and set aside.
3. Mix shortening and eggs until well blended.
4. Mix in micedmeat.
5. fold in dry ingredients.
6. Bake 10 minutes.
