These are really good cookies.Simple to make,no fancy ingredients and very tasty. The taste of the peanut butter shone through without being overpowering. The cookie itself has a lovely light texture making them very more-ish. Lots of nodding from the family while stuffing these into their little mouths indicated their approval. Thanks for posting.Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

Wow these are great! My DD made these with a 1/4 cup Splenda granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of brown sugar Spenda as my DH is diabetic type 2. In doing this, the cooking time changed to 8 minutes. Some recipes don't convert well but this did with flying colors. I'm sure they fantastic as posted too. Thanks for posting.
