  • Mix the first four ingredients and pour into a glass pie plate.
  • Mix the last four ingredients, pour over the rhubarb mixture.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Turn down the oven to 350 degrees and continue to bake pie for 30 minutes.
