  • In a large pot, mix tomatoes and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add gelatin and stir well.
  • Seal in jars or in freezer.

  1. So easy... I made grape flavour as that's the only jelly crystals I had, it made 3 nice size jars and the kids don't even realise it contains tomatoes...bonus!
     
  2. I used fresh red tomatoes, and this turned out really good.
     
  3. I used ripe tomatoes, and put them in my food processor. This was VERY good! If I didn't know there were tomatoes in it, I would never guess. And so easyj too.
