  • Wash greens well, make sure to remove all sands and dirt.
  • Boil water.
  • Place greens in water.
  • Boil until Greens are soft.
  • Drain Greens.
  • Save water to drink afterwards.
  • Spritz the lemon if wanted.
  • Eat greens and enjoy the goodness!
