Questions & Replies

  1. Should it be fresh oregano and rosemary, or is dried okay? Thanks.

  2. I have a question about the lemons. The recipe says, "4 lemons, quartered", and "2 lemons, juice of". So is that 6 lemons total? And the "4 lemons, quartered", I'm assuming you don't want them squeezed? Thanks, this sounds really yummy!

Reviews

  1. This was wonderful! I cut recipe in half and it was enough to do 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. I marinated them for about 7 hours. When they were on the grill it smelled just like South Street Souvlaki in Philadelphia, which I used to pass by every day. We grilled on the hot side just enough to get gril marks on both sides, then moved to cool side for only about 10 minutes. The chicken came out moist and flavorful, but no one flavor is overpowering. Thanks so much for the wonderful taste and the trip down memory lane.
