- Combine flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoons salt with egg in large bowl, mixing well.
- Add enough water to make stiff dough.
- Shape inot 3-inch balls.
- Flatten into 6-inch balls.
- Combine tuna, onion, tomato, jalapeno, remaining 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
- Spoon 2 T. tuna mixture on each circle.
- Fold over to enclose filling; seal edges with fork.
- Deep-fry until golden brown.
