  • Combine flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoons salt with egg in large bowl, mixing well.
  • Add enough water to make stiff dough.
  • Shape inot 3-inch balls.
  • Flatten into 6-inch balls.
  • Combine tuna, onion, tomato, jalapeno, remaining 1/2 teaspoons salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
  • Spoon 2 T. tuna mixture on each circle.
  • Fold over to enclose filling; seal edges with fork.
  • Deep-fry until golden brown.
