  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Put the chicken in a baking dish; pour over the soy sauce and vinegar, and then top with the vegetables.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
  • Cover with foil half-way through the cooking time.
