These are wonderful nachos! I love the fact that there are no beans, so if you want to have a beany main dish, or side dish, you don't get beaned out. I also love all the veggies on top. To be honest, everything but the chips and salsa make up one of my favorite pizzas! :) This came together really quick, even with all the chopping involved, and it baked for about 15 minutes in my oven. I used a yummy Chipotle salsa, and it really went well with the ham. I have to say though, don't make the same mistake I did. These are main dish servings sizes! :) You will feel full. I served this with enchiladas, and I will have lots of yummy leftovers for lunch. Thank you so much for posting, made for Photo Tag.

I love to cook, read recipe books and food magazines, spend time in kitchen stores, grocery stores, gourmet shops, learning new cooking techniques, trying new kitchen gadgets, tasting exotic foods, enjoying a wonderful meal. I've always had a herb garden; now I have containers on my patio with my must have herbs. It seems, everything tastes better with fresh herbs!
