This is great kid food. I didn't care for it, but I don't like sweet things mixed with my cottage cheese. My daughter ate this right up she's 2. My son thought it was pretty good. My son who's 8 made these (with my help). So it's a great recipe to get the kids into the kitchen with! Thanks so much! Made for Fall PAC 2008

Buttery toasty on the outside and oh so sweet on the inside. Who would of guessed something so easy tastes so good! I used my round Pampered Chef's Press and Seal gadget to make these. The low fat cottage cheese does not melt but who cares these are great! The next time I make this I'll try 4% cottage cheese just to see if it melts. I'll also use my George Formann Grill to toast them. Thank you so very much for posting. I made these for the Spring PAC 2007 game.

My mom and dad use this site to get recipes, and they got me my own account because I wanted to be able to rate the recipes myself. I don't always agree with them on ratings.
