  1. Delicious. One of the only things I'd sacrifice two Snickers bars for! But, they're a little tricky. I found that underbaking (10 minutes for me) kept them chewy, but made them tough to get off the cookie sheet without falling apart. I finally let them sit on the sheet for two minutes after coming out of the oven, then removed them to a sheet of paper towel on the counter. Then, before the melted Snickers stuck to the paper, I moved them to my wire racks. Perfect. Just fussy.

  2. We actually found this recipe in a Taste of Home cookie book and made them as on of our Xmas cookies this year. We too found that it only made 30 some cookies...so I suggest doubling this recipe if you want more. The flavor was great though I wish it would've just been a bit more chewy and softer.

  3. Nice cookie. Like the cinnamon in the cookie and the snicker bar is a nice addition. I used heaping tablespoons and my batch made 33 cookies. I baked each batch 12 minutes. I used butter crisco shortening as that is what I had on hand. Made and reviewed for My 3 Chefs. Thanks Nikki Kate.
